VeritasPay Philippines Inc. signed at the dotted line again.
On Tuesday, September 30, 2025, VPI officially entered a strategic partnership with JIMAC Incorporated (JIMAC), a software development and point-of-sale (POS) systems company. The signing ceremony was held at VeritasPay’s head office in Pasig City.
Through this partnership, JIMAC will integrate VeritasPay’s advanced payment software and solutions into its computerized POS offerings. This move will provide seamless and secure digital payment capabilities for JIMAC’s wide network of merchants across the country. In return, the collaboration allows VeritasPay to expand its reach to more than 5,000 businesses nationwide through JIMAC’s established presence.
Representing JIMAC during the signing were President Danilo Tan; Mailyn Quibin, President of Syluxent Inc.; Enoch Adrian Lim, President of Aquarius POS Solutions Inc.; and Edna Hilario, President of Dream POS Solutions Inc.—all affiliates under the JIMAC group.
VeritasPay was represented by President Christopher James Payne, Carl Henrison Tienzo (Business Development Head / Acting Co-General Manager), Khristine Anne Cruz (Merchant Operations Manager / Acting Co-General Manager), and Xyrus Mark Dayao (Business Development Manager – Partnerships).
